Written for the Bicentennial of the Victorian painter George Watts and premiere at the Watts Museum. Also performed by Juventas at the 5th-anniversary remembrance of the bombing of the Boston Marathon. The text by poet, librettist, Ben Kaye is an exegesis of Watts’ most famous painting by the same name.
